AFA American Eagle MEC E-News

Plan to make history at the May 17, 2007 Transportation Day of Action!

A coalition including AFA-CWA, IAM, the International Transport Workers Federation, the Transportation Trades Department, AFL-CIO, and other transportation unions, community allies and progressive groups - groups dedicated to advancing the rights of workers and expanding civil and human rights for all - will bring tens of thousands of working people together to send a clear and forceful message to Washington. Our message will be that we have had enough - enough of pension terminations, working without healthcare, and enough of American jobs being sent overseas.

As co-sponsors of the Transportation Day of Action, AFA-CWA is planning early. If you would like to volunteer to join the Transportation Day of Action Planning Committee, please send at email to jfklecp@unitedafa.org.
