Lines Built at or Below Guarantee

If your line is built at or below 75 hours (minimum guarantee), you are not given any new flying during the month, and you do not drop/give away any flying, you will be paid 75 hours REGARDLESS of any cancellations on your line.

Example:  You are awarded a 75-hour line.  You are not assigned any new flying in the month, and you do not drop any flying.  During the month, 10 hours of flying on your line cancels.  You will be paid 75 hours.

Example:  You are awarded a 60-hour line.  You are not assigned any new flying in the month, and you do not drop any flying.  During the month, 10 hours of flying on your line cancels.  You will be paid 75 hours.

Example:  You are awarded a 60-hour line. You are not assigned any new flying in the month and you drop 10 hours of flying. You will be paid 65 hours. (75 hr. guarantee -  10 hours dropped = 65 hrs.)

Example:  You are awarded a 60-hour line. You are not assigned any new flying in the month and you pick up 10 hours of flying. You will be paid 85 hours. (75 hr. guarantee + 10 hours OT = 85 hrs.)

Example:   You are awarded a 60-hour line. You are assigned 5 hours of new flying. You did not drop any flying and nothing cancelled during the month. You will be paid the greatest of:

75:00 hours (minimum guarantee)

Actual Flying = 60 hours

96% of 80 hours = 76 hours 48 minutes (75 hr. guarantee + 5 hours assigned new flying x .96 = 76.8 hrs.)

Since 76.8 hours is the greatest, that is what you will be paid.

Example: You are awarded a 60-hour line. You are not assigned any new flying in the month and you drop 10 hours of flying. You also pick up 15 hours of open time. You will be paid 80 hours.
