Welcome! 

The MEC is excited to bring you the first edition of the President’s Page. Here you will find general information on the activity of the MEC along with updates on pertinent information. 

Going forward expect to see monthly publications of the President’s Page. We welcome feedback. If there is something missing that you’d like to see – let us know. Specific questions are welcome and encouraged.  It’s important that your leaders hear from you to ensure we are representing you to the very best of our ability.

Now that the pilot automation for TTOT is complete, the Company is ready to begin talks with AFA on automation for the Flight Attendants. The CIC Committee has set up three meeting dates to begin discussion of implementation. This will require a side letter to the contract that will be approved by consensus of the AFA/AE Master Executive Council. Updates will be sent out to the membership as we progress.
